- Anyone who lives or works in Allen, Anderson, Butler, Coffey, Cowley, Franklin, Greenwood, Harvey, Kingman, Lyon, Osage, Reno, Sedgwick, Sumner, or Woodson County is eligible for membership.
Employers and groups
- Anyone employed in the communications industry, Western Resources, Inc., and its subsidiary companies, and participating affiliates, or Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation is eligible for membership.
Family and household
- Immediate family of those eligible for membership can join.
Cost to join
- A minimum savings deposit of $5 is required for membership.
