- Persons who live, work, worship, or attend school in Harris, Montgomery, Brazoria, Fort Bend, Washington, Chambers, Grimes, Galveston, Liberty, or Waller County, Texas are eligible for membership.
- Individuals who live, work, worship, or attend school in Downtown Houston, or regularly conduct business in the City of Houston, are eligible for membership.
- Anyone who lives or works within a 10-mile radius of any InvesTex branch office is eligible for membership.
Employers and groups
- Employees of Partner Companies are eligible for membership.
- Employees of retail merchants who are members of the Retail Merchants Association of Houston, Inc. are eligible for membership.
Military, government and schools
- Employees and family members of Aldine, Conroe, Cy-Fair, Klein, Magnolia, Montgomery, New Caney, Humble, Splendora, Spring, Tomball, and Willis ISDs; employees, family members, alumni, and students of Lone Star College System; and businesses/organizations located within those ISDs (and their employees and members) are eligible for membership.
