Who can join Lion's Share Federal Credit Union

Open to anyone
- Anyone not qualifying through partner employers can become eligible for membership by making a $15 donation to the Carolinas Credit Union League Foundation.
Employers and groups
- Open to all employees and retirees of Ahold Delhaize USA, Food Lion, and GIANT Food Stores.
- Open to employees of partner employers participating in the Select Employer Group (SEG) program.
Family and household
- Open to immediate family members of Ahold Delhaize USA, Food Lion, and GIANT Food Stores employees and retirees.
Cost to join
- Opening a Membership Savings Account with a $25 deposit is required to complete the membership application and become an owner.
- A $15 donation to the Carolinas Credit Union League Foundation provides eligibility for membership for those who do not qualify through partner employers.
