Employees of Ellis County, Texas are eligible for membership.
Employees of Waxahachie ISD, Ennis ISD, Midlothian ISD, Red Oak ISD, Ferris ISD, Palmer ISD, Avalon ISD, Milford ISD, Maypearl ISD, and Italy ISD are eligible for membership.
Persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the specified qualifying employment are eligible for membership.

Eligible members are required to open a savings account with a minimum balance of $25.00, which must remain in the account to keep it open.
