Founded in 1953 as Moody Air Force Base Federal Credit Union, Southeastern Credit Union is a member-owned financial institution.

- Businesses and other legal entities located in any of the 14 service area counties are eligible for membership.
- Individuals who live or work in Ben Hill, Berrien, Brooks, Colquitt, Cook, Echols, Irwin, Lanier, Lowndes, Pierce, Tift, Thomas, Turner, or Ware County are eligible to join.
Employers and groups
- Individuals and businesses who join Friends of the Foundation are eligible for membership even if they live or work outside the field of membership.
Family and household
- Immediate family members of current members are eligible to join regardless of where they live.
Cost to join
- Membership requires a $25 share deposit into a Share Savings Account.
