- Anyone who lives, works, or worships within the Greater Houston Area, Harris County, and all adjacent counties is eligible for membership.
Military, government and schools
- Present and former employees affiliated with US Postal Service, City of Houston Municipal Employees, or Harris Health Systems are eligible for membership.
Family and household
- Immediate family members of eligible affiliated or geographic community members are eligible for membership.
