- Permanent full time employees of the Potomac Electric Power Company, PHI, or its corporate Affiliates working in Washington D.C., Maryland, or Virginia are eligible for membership.
- Organizations composed exclusively of individuals within the Credit Union's field of membership are eligible.
- Members of PEPCO FCU who are no longer employed by Potomac Electric Power Company, PHI, its Corporate Affiliates, or PEPCO FCU and retain their membership remain eligible.
