- Persons who live, work, worship, attend school, or have a business in Harris, Fort Bend, Brazoria, Montgomery, Austin, Chambers, Galveston, Liberty, Waller, or Wharton counties are eligible for membership.
Employers and groups
- Members of select member associations—including the International Coaching Federation - Texas Locations, The Arc of Harris County, or Texas Consumer Council (TCC)—are eligible for membership at no cost.
- Current and retired employees of select employer groups (ConocoPhillips Company including Phillips 66, Continental Carbon Company, Daniel Industries Inc, Diamond Offshore Drilling Inc, DuPont Company - Texas Locations, Oceaneering, Sysco Corporation, and UTEX Industries) are eligible for membership.
