- Membership is open to anyone residing or employed in, or attending post-high school colleges, universities, or technical colleges in the Wisconsin counties of Calumet, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Outagamie, Waupaca, Waushara, and Winnebago.
Employers and groups
- Employees of Badger Globe Credit Union are eligible for membership.
- Current employees and retirees of Kimberly-Clark Corporation are eligible for membership.
- Union members affiliated with the AFL-CIO residing or employed in Calumet, Outagamie, or Winnebago County, Wisconsin are eligible for membership.
- Union members covered by a collective bargaining agreement within the jurisdiction of the Fox Valley Area Labor Council, Wisconsin are eligible for membership.
