About Associated Bank
Founded in 1970, Associated Bank operates bank branches across more than 100 communities in Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, and Missouri.
The bank was formed through an alliance of Kellogg Citizens Bank, Manitowoc Savings Bank, and First National Bank of Neenah, whose roots trace back to 1861.
In 1992, the founding banks adopted the Associated Bank name, later merging with First Financial in 1997 while retaining the Associated Bank brand.
